“It’s the dancer in me,” he explains. “I already knew how to create a vibe. I just channeled that into something more people could enjoy.”

As demand grows, Jonathan’s vision is expanding, too. He envisions Pro Party Crawls becoming an international brand, bringing the same spark to cities like Chicago, where he first experienced nightlife, and the Philippines, where he has deep cultural ties.

“My dream is to bring this energy to other cities,” he says. “But to get there, we need a sustainable system that can translate the same energy and experience no matter what part of the world you’re in. Vegas is the bread and butter right now, but I’m building the foundation for what’s next.”

He’s currently focused on optimizing operations to support long-term growth. The goal? Keep the brand alive beyond just one unforgettable night.

Advice from the Front Lines

Having done it all, from running tours solo to scaling up, Jonathan has plenty of advice for new operators.

“Know your customer inside and out,” he says. “Create something unforgettable that solves a real problem. And if you’ve only got two people booked, still run the tour. Treat them like they’re the only guests that matter.”

He also stresses the value of building a strong team: “I did it alone for a long time. But if I had known sooner how much a good team matters, I would’ve started differently.”
